[WSBAPT] Sealed Documents

Looking for guidance in obtaining a copy of a sealed pleading from a divorce matter (King County). I represent the estate of the husband, who is now deceased. Can this be done without a court order? I'd rather not tip of ex-wife that the estate is going after her for items we believe she misappropriated from the estate.
