Just found some-yes, apparently there are, and they look exactly like Letters of Administration, except the word "special" is added in the appropriate spots.

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBAPT] Letters of Special Administration?

Are there "Letters of Special Administration" under Ch. 11.32 RCW? I don't think I've ever seen them, and the statute Chapter doesn't mention them.

I'm wondering whether I should direct the clerk to issue Letters in the proposed Order, or if that will cause great confusion.

Sincerely,

Eric
