[WSBAPT] PR Withdraws - No Successor

Was a GAL appointed in the probate for the minor child?  I have withdrawn as attorney for PR client when PR wants to resign with no new PR to be appointed.
If you email me personally, I will share what worked for me.  You should give notice to the GAL, minor's guardian (mother) and the PR client.

Listmates:

Client, the decedent's mother, decided she no longer wants to remain as Personal Representative of the son's estate.  The sole heir to the estate is the decedent's minor child who resides with the mother (who was never decedent's wife).  The minor child's mother does not want to take over as Personal Representative.  I want to withdraw as counsel, but am concerned about the interest of the minor child.  Any suggestions on what to do?  Do I petition for instructions from the Court?
