Hi Listmates,

Has anyone done a WA probate case in which a committed intimate partner has received a share of a decedent's real property in an intestate estate, when the CIR partner didn't contribute anything to that property but simply lived there with the Decedent?  I've never dealt with the issue in probate, but found the Olver v. Fowler case in which it appears that the surviving partner may be able to claim an equitable interest.  My "hypothetical" situation involves a 13-year relationship.
