You will find that it is quicker and more cost effective for the client to restate but keep the name and original date so no need to retransfer assets.

Have an RLT written in California. CST and QTIP included.  Many references to California law ae made.  Parties moved to Washington permanently.  Any suggestions on binging the trust into compliance with Washington law rather than a complete restatement?
