[WSBAPT] blocking account as alternative to bond?

I had this happen and proposed holding the monies in lieu of bond in my IOLTA trust account.  The court approved that and an order.
I held the monies until the estate was ready to be closed and obtained an order (intervention probate) to disburse once PR discharged.

Potential PR is not bondable but has cash in an account. Does anyone have a form they use to block an account for bond purposes? Decades ago I know our firm has done these kinds of pledge-of-assets-in-lieu-of-bond but I can't find the old forms. Any guidance or suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!
