[WSBAPT] Utah Deed Question

I have EP clients with a Utah property. The deed vests them, "X & Y, husband and wife as joint tenants." Any Utah licensed folks on here that can clarify if that means with right of survivorship? Any other caveats that would make an ancillary probate necessary?
