Thanks very much for your reply, Jennifer. I agree it's not a situation
that lends itself to a legal solution very well. I just wanted to be sure
there wasn't something I was overlooking. I will suggest to my client that
they try to get a common friend/advisor to help nudge the son-in-law or try
mediation.
