[WSBAPT] Recommendation for Trustee Services in Spokane

I would strongly second the recommendation of Northwest Trustee and Management Services.  Run and owned by Steve Trefts (now with his son-in-law Greg Bowman), well known and respected in the Spokane legal community.  The have been at it long enough and have done it well enough that they can now be selective about the work they accept.

Can anyone recommend a small trustee service in Spokane.
The Trustee will need to take over an IV trust after the Grantor/Trustee's death and arrange for the sale of a large and expensive house and then distribute the proceeds to adult heirs.
