[WSBAPT] Fiduciary's Deed -

I concur. I consider it kind to a fellow future lawyer trying to piece things together. I reference these kinds of probate case numbers, divorce or other civil case numbers, other recorded instrument numbers, etc., all the time when helpful to connect the dots on a certain matter.

Being younger and having had to piece together — manually and at great time and cost — so many odd conveyances from decades ago, I just consider it incredibly helpful to others looking at these things years from now.

It is like using plain English wherever possible vs archaic language that the law doesn’t command we use and that leaves non-lawyers thinking we know mystical things that we really don’t. ;)

I’ll stop preaching now. :)

Best, Josh

I personally would reference it somehow, including the case number and court.

I’ve done so in the past, or pursuant to a TEDRA Agreement, to avoid title company confusion later.

Morning listmates 😉: I need to transfer real property pursuant to a court order, is there anything wrong with listing this on the deed itself? Thanks ! Kate
