[WSBAPT] Probate litigator for CIR claim

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for a probate litigator with special knowledge of asserting CIR
inheritance claims.  I need someone available to assist this client right
away- family is attempting to sell the house he lived in with his partner of
17 years out from under him and he is stressed.  It is King county.  It a
good case with strong CIR facts and apparently ample assets in the estate.
Please respond privately and I can share more details and give names for
conflict checks.
