I had a similar request. After discussion of a QPRT and forming an asset protection trust in another state, the clients decided to go with a standard estate plan.

The office will remain open during regular business hours; however, there will be limited staff in the office during this time. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we all navigate through this unprecedented situation together.

Greetings List -

Interesting call from a PC who is a law enforcement officer who is scared for their assets (and the need to protect) due to the recent change in the law. Their idea when they called - was to transfer all of their assets into their 19 year old daughter's name.

Curious if anyone else has been hearing these concerns.
