[WSBAPT] Trustor does not want Guardian of his children to become successor Trustees

Looking for provision to allow Trustors to prevent his/her disabled children's guardian from being appointed as A Successor Trustee and or litigating the RLT which will become irrevocable once Trutor dies.  Thanks Mike Atkins
