[WSBAPT] Looking for Referral for a Chelan County Estate

It is beyond the 40 days to open probate as a preferred petitioner.  The minors will need a GAL appointed in probate.  The girlfriend is not one of the preferred to be appointed so not sure why her opinion would matter at this point in opening estate.  The GAL appointed, if you open in King County, would have to be someone who agrees to serve for Chelan county minors.
Trust me, I tried to object to venue being moved on behalf of the mother of minor child in King county (not married to decedent) and the court ignored the objection.
Venue was moved to Pierce where the PR lived NOT left in King where the child lived.

Hello all - I just got a call from a potential client regarding the intestate estate of her brother. Potential client and her parents live in Redmond. Decedent lived in Chelan and died in January, leaving three minor daughters. He owned two houses and two businesses (gyms) with his ex girlfriend, the daughters' mother, in Chelan County. The potential client says there's contention between the family and the ex girlfriend and believes that if she files the probate in King or Pierce County, the ex girlfriend will object on behalf of her daughters and have the case moved to Chelan County. Anyone in the Chelan area interested in speaking with this client, or know someone who would be?
