[WSBAPT] Clark County District Court help?

Can anyone in Clark County give me a leg up on figuring out a thing in Small Claims/County District Court, and how to get online access to records? Client got a judgment when the other side failed to show up for trial. Now defendant has filed a Motion to Vacate Judgment, and put it in District Court department "DJ2" and for the life of me I can't figure out from the website what that means, who that is, or if the Motion has been properly filed.
