[WSBAPT] Transfer on Death Deed Sample

Greetings List -

Have been looking at various examples of TODD - there are some variances
between what I have seen. Some are as simple as a QCD with a different
title and a paragraph that simply states that the transfer to the named
individual(s) shall occur immediately upon the death of the named grantor.

Would be curious if anyone has one that they have filed and then enacted
due to the passing of the Grantor - and would be willing to share.
