My client needs a legal opinion letter on the validity of a California Will.  Based upon research, we believe the Will is an invalid.  We have a situation where there is no need to open a probate if Will is invalid because assets are in hands of the trustee and if Will is invalid, trustee can proceed distributing assets in another manner.
