[WSBAPT] WA ancillary probate for CA domiciliary probate

I think what Mark was saying is that our statute doesn't have a  
simplified procedure for when there is already a probate filed in  
another state but there is real property here, so something must happen.

Although we all say we have an ancillary probate in the above  
situation, our probate statute at RCW 11.20.090 and .100 doesn't use  
the word "ancillary" and there is no simplified procedure. The only  
difference in a regular probate and "ancillary" probate is that we  
don't have to produce the original will  --since it's already filed  
elsewhere.
