[WSBAPT] AD & D Ins Claim

Good Morning:
I have a probate case where we anticipate that there is going to be a denial of payout for an AD & D claim. This involves a motorcycle crash death and UNUM insurance company.
Is there anyone on this list that would be willing to talk with me briefly about the facts and anything we might do now to try and "get ahead" of it? If the denial comes to pass, then I will refer it out.
