[WSBAPT] beneficiary seizing assets

In my little experience in this type of issue, I had to file a TEDRA in order to get the attention of the person who took the items.
One was a boat "stolen" by the co-owner and I had changed the title with the DOL to just himself after death of co-owner.
Another was a brother of the decedent coming into the deceased home and taking a lot of the personal property items of value.  He was not to receive these items by the Will.  We had to prove the items belonged to the decedent rather than making the person who took them prove they were entitled to them.

It is difficult at best.  I have an estate right now where the father is the Administrator and the person who lived in the decedent's home with the decedent (out of the kindness of his heart - temporarily) was asked to leave before his death.  She is selling off on Facebook Marketplace a lot of the deceased personal property, tools, and equipment, allowed her son to move in and now her abusive ex-husband is living in a trailer in the back yard. and we have had to post the 90-day eviction notice to sell the home.  The police have been called several times and have said it is a "civil" matter.  These are difficult cases.

Can anyone assist me or provide me with forms for getting an order for a beneficiary to return assets (papers, computer, phone) that the beneficiary took from a decedent's home and refuses to hand over to the PR who was appointed after the assets were taken.
