[WSBAPT] Seeking referral for landlord/tenant attorney in Portland, OR

PC tenant of high priced apartment seeking a lawyer to negotiate on her behalf to terminate a residential lease early due to high levels of noise from a nightclub across the street making her unit virtually uninhabitable.  Landlord will not accommodate request to move to another unit in same building with less noise.
