One possibility – Elaine Adams. I know she has handled such trusts before, at least as a fiduciary assisting a family member who was the actual trustee.

For a trust company, perhaps Partners In Care or Ohana?

Subject: [WSBAPT] Referral To Trustee for Addict/in and out of jail

I am looking for a trust company willing to assume a trust for a beneficiary who is an addict and sometimes incarcerated. The trustee does not need to be local, just willing to serve.

Thank you!
