[WSBAPT] Quite Title Litigator Referral for Portland, OR Action

Client and his former business partner executed loan (SBA backed) and DofT documents back in 2003 to open a franchised restaurant location. The restaurant failed around 2005 timeframe and then 2007/08 recession hit. Client defaulted on loan at about that same time. There have been no default remedy actions since and it appears from preliminary investigation (very preliminary) that original lender may no longer exist. It is certainly possible that loan was sold or transferred along the way. Either way, Ds of T linger on both their homes and they would like to get rid of them. Ds of T and the loan documents I have seen both choose OR law but clients both live in WA (encumbered properties are in WA). It appears that client may have a valid statute of limitations basis for eliminating underlying loan and DofT in a quiet title action since so much time has passed.

Any referrals for quiet title litigators licensed in OR? Any referrals will be forwarded to client.
