I'm looking for a lost will, and hoping someone can help!

Decedent: Gerald L. Vining

It is believed attorney Ernest Vogel (of Federal Way) prepared the will.   WSBA lists Mr. Vogel as having voluntarily resigned; did anyone take over his practice?
