[WSBAPT] Insurance for PR of Estate when home is vacant & listed for sale

I’ve not had difficulties with this. Some homeowner policies are satisfied if someone resides there a weekend a month or so. 

Otherwise, where that’s not an option the existing agent has always been able to have a rider written up covering the vacant estate or trust owned home.
