I second Roger-I have Evergreen handling quite a few assigned notes with no trouble.

Evergreen Note Servicing is doing a good job for one of mine.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Loan servicing company recommendation?

Purchaser's payment stream needs to go to a loan servicer, or escrow or somebody similar, and be split up into a half-dozen separate checks to go to the heirs of the original seller.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced company who can do this for the heirs? I think any company based in Washington would be fine.

Sincerely,

Eric
