[WSBAPT] Seeking Referral - California Conservatorship/Guardianship Attorney

A client's elderly mother lives in California, is having some
memory/capacity issues and has become a danger to herself (basically,
giving significant amounts of money away, getting taken in scams, and
otherwise spending beyond her means). The client is looking to speak with
an attorney in California regarding whether a conservatorship/guardianship
is feasible. There's also a specific wrinkle in that C's mother has a
pension from Brazil, so there might be an international component that
would be helped by an attorney who may have some experience dealing with
the Brazilian pension system.
