[WSBAPT] Appraiser needed for Kingston area beach property

A probate estate needs referral to an appraiser who is familiar with beach properties in the Kingston area.  The property at issue is troublesome, so lots of factors (minority ownership, landslides in area, no current water source, restrictive property agreement, etc.), have to be taken into account.
