I recently got insurance for a vacant home for sale in an Estate with Foremost.  They were willing to insure month to month until  property sold.
Mine was a referral from USAA which is my personal insurance.  They would not cover a vacant home but referred me to Foremost.

All,

Decedent's property includes primary residence, overnight camping spots next to a lake and a small grocery store - all encompassed within the same parcel. Personal Rep is looking for an insurance agent to assist with getting insurance lined up on the property while PR works to sell it.

Any referrals for a good insurance agent that deals with estate property? Property is located in Skagit County.
