[WSBAPT] Scammer relief?

Hi all –

Anyone had any luck getting relief for CL who has been scammed by the “you have to fix this scammer” by getting gift cards with your credit card and sending the card numbers to scammer?  PC is a vulnerable adult and was “taken” by aggressive scammer that said she had “broken a server” and now must fix it through sending gift cards.  I’ve actually heard of this before, but just wondering if there’s any relief possible with the CC companies.  I’m afraid I already know the answer….
