[WSBAPT] Simultaneous Death - Reporting life insurance of spouses

Does anyone have a quick answer/cite about reporting life insurance on a WA-706 where spouses die simultaneously.

If both spouses had life insurance, presumed to be owned as community property, that named each other as primary beneficiary, and because of the simultaneous death the policies instead pay out to the estate of the insured spouse, and WA-706s are being filed for both estates, do we report 50% of each policy on each return, or 100% on the insured spouse's return only?
