[WSBAPT] Help for a Guardianship

[Jean M. McCoy]

Client has a multi-care facility where a resident is in the apartment side, but has lost capacity and resident refuses to allow family to assist with moving to the higher care side of the facility.  Need a referral for someone to assess with the client possible guardianship - with the care required on the non-care side resident is running up a bill of $7,000 per month and refusing to pay.

Facility in Bothell - I would pass along names to in-house counsel.  Thanks!
