Apologies for the state-wide spam, but for King County practitioners, note that Ex Parte calendar times for probate work have changed and there's a new form for hearings. Please see below. A couple weeks ago I had a question about a change in hearings, and apparently this is the official notice of the change.

New Notice of Hearing and Changes to the Ex Parte Calendar

Effective immediately, there are changes to the Ex Parte Department calendars. Please refer to the Ex Parte Commissioner's Calendar to determine the times and days for specific calendars. IMPORTANT: You must check that the court session is available before you schedule a hearing. All hearings scheduled as of August 9, 2021 using the prior calendaring availability system will go forward as scheduled. Any matters scheduled August 10, 2021 or later which do not meet existing calendaring criteria will need to be rescheduled by the moving party unless the hearing has been set by court order.

Effective immediately, a new Notice of Court Date - Ex Parte should be used to set all future hearings in the King County Superior Court Ex Parte department, except those set by court order. Using the incorrect Notice of Court Date form may result in your hearing not being set on the docket and/or not being heard.
