Maybe you snuck in before the change. I just looked at the online Notice of Hearing forms https://kingcounty.gov/courts/clerk/forms.aspx.

They both say—Kent and Seattle Ex Parte Notices—that the probate calendar is “Monday to Wednesday at 10:30 AM.”

The forms were just updated on August 9.

I just searched to set a hearing in Ex Parte downtown Seattle, and the calendar is listed as CLOSED for Thursdays and Fridays, and FULL for Mondays through Wednesdays for weeks. I ended up setting my hearing for the week of September 13 because that was the earliest available slot.

Did I miss a clerk’s alert or some other announcement, that Ex Parte is now closed Thurs/Fri?
