[WSBAPT] King County Seattle Ex Parte calendar full?

I just searched to set a hearing in Ex Parte downtown Seattle, and the calendar is listed as CLOSED for Thursdays and Fridays, and FULL for Mondays through Wednesdays for weeks. I ended up setting my hearing for the week of September 13 because that was the earliest available slot.

Did I miss a clerk's alert or some other announcement, that Ex Parte is now closed Thurs/Fri?
