[WSBAPT] FYI - from the Bar re: Malpractice

Greetings list members -

In my role as the 8th District Governor for the WSBA Board of Governors
(official email brentwr.bog at gmail.com)  - I wanted to make sure that
everyone saw the requirements under RPC 1.4 regarding your malpractice
insurance situation.  In short, if you have elected not to carry a base
level of malpractice - effective September 1, 2021, your client engagement
communication must include a disclosure of that status.

I saw this notice in the Take Note sent from the Bar today and know that
not everyone reads those as closely as I do.
