If you have a full probate in Washington and just have a parcel of real property in Idaho, you can avoid a full ancillary. Wonderful Idaho statute: Simple $27 filing in the county court (attaching certified copies of Washington Letters and Order) will enable PR to transfer real property transfer in that county.
