[WSBAPT] notify DSHS

All,

My first more complicated estate and I am filled with questions. The estate
is worth well over $100,000, so I sent the Notice of Appointment to DSHS.
This is where my deskbook and the State website stop providing any
information about what to do.

I have heard nothing back from DSHS. What is my next step?
