I think you mistook the “F” in OFR for an “S”. Stands for Office of Financial Recovery. I just used that recently and got a quick response from them by providing the unredacted death certificate.

I am assisting a client on a real estate sale. Title co. reports that there is a DSHS Lien
I called the phone number and got a recorded message which seemed to say that I can get the payoff if I email to osrerpayoff at dshs.wa.com<mailto:osrerpayoff at dshs.wa.com>
But I must have heard it wrong.
Anyone know the correct email address/ place to obtain an email??
