[WSBAPT] Washington Electronic Wills Act

I apologize if I missed this in the past few months, but is there an overview of this act other than the raw material of the larger bill in which it was passed? Or is someone who shepherded it through the legislature planning to do a CLE for our section or anything like that?

My associate and I are working with a committee on Idaho’s proposed implementation of the uniform act. I am learning that Washington’s inclusion of the custodian concept is either innovative or retrograde, depending on who you ask. (I think I am inclined to like it. But then I am just beginning my journey down this path!)
