Subject: [WSBAPT] Oregon no-probate creditor claim process?

Hoping for a quick answer from an Oregon practitioner-if there is no probate for an Oregon decedent, how are creditor claims handled? Deceased had an RLT and there is no need for a probate. Is there a "notice agent" process similar to Ch. 11.42 RCW<https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=11.42&full=true>? If not, how does the successor Trustee of an RLT determine what debts must be paid?

Sincerely,

Eric
