Hello,

With the appointment of a new Administrator after the passing of the
previous one, do the four months of the creditor claim period keep running,
or do they stop and start again once the new Administrator is appointed? It
seems to me that under the statute, they are still running.

Also, we need to file a new Notice to Creditors, Notice of Appointment and
Notices to DSHS and DOR with the new Administrator information, correct?
Anything else?

Sincerely,

Suzanne Lieberman
