Dear Listmates, an unmarried elderly woman in West Seattle who has significant residential real estate holdings but has become physically partially disabled, while retaining her mental faculties, would like to be put into contact with a lawyer who could help her manage her estate planning which could include a trust to absorb the real estate and provide regular income to her.  She lives in an apartment now.  Her mobility issues indicate she needs someone who will visit her in her home.  Self referrals are most welcome.  Thanks for considering this request.
