[WSBAPT] Dealing with Swiss Bank Accounts

Listmates:

 

Decedent had a Swiss bank account.  Personal Representative states he is
having difficulty with the Bank and cannot get access to the account.  Have
any of you dealt with Swiss accounts who can give me an idea of what I
should be doing?
