[WSBAPT] Distribution by agent under 11.76.200

Hi Listmates:

 

I'm hoping I have what is an easy implementation question for more
experienced practitioners.  

 

In a King County probate, I'm the agent for absentee distributees under RCW
11.76.200.  In my research, I've found lots of explanation of the
existence/purpose of this statute; however, my question is what mechanism to
use upon locating a distributee to provide their share to them.  My thought
is that noting and preparing a motion for distribution as well as addressing
payment of some of my fees to date would be reasonable.  Does anyone have
another approach that has worked or that they would suggest?
