[WSBAPT] Power of Attorney Agents Picking Successor Agents

I just use something like this - very simple:

If *C and D* are both unwilling or unable to so serve, I here by grant the
power and authority to the last remaining power of attorney to appoint a
successor attorney in fact, whether it be an individual or entity.
