[WSBAPT] Wrongful death - disclaim any interest by father of deceased adult child

I have a father of a deceased adult child who wants to disclaim any interest he has in the settlement of the WD.
The mother then would receive 100% of the WD net settlement.
Would a TEDRA agreement or disclaimer of interest agreement (similar to disclaimer of inheritance) be the best way to go?
