[WSBAPT] Information on decedent PR

Hello,

What information needs to be provided to the court in the Petition on a PR
who passes away mid-probate? Intestate estate.

Son of original decedent is petitioning to be the new PR. Name, date of
appointment, date-of-death, and anything else? Do we also need the decedent
PR's death certificate?
