[WSBAPT] Agreement to Buy Out Other Trust Beneficiary

Listmates:

 

PC wants to buy out one of the other Trust beneficiaries.  The main asset is
a house.  Do any of you have such an agreement that I can use as a template?
I assume there is no real estate excise tax issue as the house is still in
trust and not being sold, yet.  Am I overly optimistic on that issue?
