            RCW 11.125.160 is the pathway for getting the Agent removed.  Yes, you can absolutely get a VAPO against and Agent, and I have to imagine that would be a good fact basis for
 RCW 11.125.160.

DPOA provides that husband shall be AIF if principal becomes incapacitated. During incapacity, DSHS APS finds that husband has abused principal mentally, emotionally and financially. What is the most direct way
 to remove husband as AIF so that successor AIF takes over? Can the Court enter such an Order in a VAPO proceeding?

COVID-19 UPDATE:
s Rodgers Kee Card & Strophy will no longer maintain “open” hours at the physical office.
